Welcome.

Dear Fellow Traveller,

Thank you for affording me your greatest commodity: your attention.

My journey through chronic pain has led me to this point of feeling a deep drive to share my experiences and tools with those on their own journey through chronic pain.

I found that once I began sitting with my pain it directed me inwards to connect with the true nature of myself.

Pain is a messenger and it is up to us as individuals to investigate what it is trying to tell us.

We are all born with the innate ability to heal and as we age and go through our experiences, we can drift away from that connection.

The beauty of our ability as humans is that we are capable of consciously travelling inwards to reconnect with that intelligence.

On my journey through chronic pain, I have discovered four pillars to be the most supportive:

1. Food as Nourishment:

  • our relationship with food; eating patterns: what, why, and when we eat; food sensitivities; inflammation; how our food is grown; and creating a sustainable way of eating

2. Nervous System:

  • what pain is; our environment; stress threshold; thoughts and beliefs; vocabulary; meditation; history of concussions; breathing coordination; sleep hygiene; trauma

3. Movement:

  • how we move day to day; how we carry ourselves through this world; body awareness; restriction in movement; where emotions are stored in the body; history of injuries and rehabilitation

4. Nature:

  • how nature helps bring us back to homeostasis; our microbiome; how connecting with nature can help us connect with ourselves; using nature to provide safety for our nervous systems

Recognizing that chronic pain is a journey and having the courage to step into that journey is a milestone in healing.

I look forward to walking beside you, offering tools, resources and compassion on this path.

Health and Light,
