Reframe your thoughts.

The home we create in our minds rules how we meet life. The challenges we face and pain we feel are moulded by the words in our head.

The nervous system listens very closely to the vocabulary we use, and if it perceives a threat will send out protective measures. Usually its old favourite: pain. 

Reframing thoughts in a more productive way is not some mystical, positive only, spiritual bypassing BS.  It is how we change our approach to life. 

The brain likes goals. It likes having something to move toward.  Using vocabulary that supports our well being is crucial for moving out of pain. 

Observe how you speak to yourself.  Listen to the language medical professionals use when speaking to you.  Eliminate language that points toward deficiency. 

 What CAN you do?

What are your goals?

What are you moving toward?

Train your brain with productive goal oriented vocabulary.
